| 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $150 cancellation fee. 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) refunded; remaining 50% of total costs becomes due immediately. 7 days prior to arrival, no refund; 100% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) due immediately. Partial cancellations during a minimum stay period will be charged for full stay. |

| When you have paid in full, we will send you a security code to get the key out of the lockbox, another security code, plus instructions for operating the alarm system and punching in the code on the keypads located just inside each of the exterior doors. The security system's computer records the codes used each time someone enters or exits. For your own protection, you will want to use the security system. The code given to you is unique; it has never been used before and will not be used again. It will be activated just prior to your arrival and deactivated after your departure. |
